At Aje, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
